cheap flights from New York to Hyderabad

Hyderabad, the capital of Telangana, is home to some of the most celebrated monuments in the country such as the epic Charminar, Golconda Fort and the Qutub Shahi Tombs to name a few. But very few are aware that the city is also home to certain unique attractions, one of which is a car museum. The Sudha Car Museum is an offbeat place to visit when you’re in the city on cheap flights from New York to Hyderabad. While it may seem to call this an offbeat place to visit, what makes this car museum different is the unique cars it exhibits. Have you ever seen a car in the shape of a cricket bat? How about one shaped as a toilet? Well, you’ll have that chance if you fly down on last minute flights and visit Sudha Car Museum in Hyderabad.

Brief history of Sudha Car Museum

The unique museum was opened in 2010 by Sudhakar Yadav who had an affinity for cars and all things mechanical right since childhood. In fact, he was so dedicated towards this concept that he made his first unique car exhibit at the age of 14 after collecting the necessary items from junkyards. Visit this unique car museum when you arrive in the city on cheap New York to Hyderabad flights (JFK to HYD) and get the chance to see some of the most unique car exhibits ever. Sudhakar is so talented that he even managed to make it into the Guinness Book of World Records for the largest tricycle in 2005. This is not the museum’s only feat. They have been mentioned in the esteemed Limca Book of Records as well as been featured in the hit series Ripley’s Believe it or not. Right since its inception, the Sudha Car Museum has been drawing scores of curious people.

Museum exhibits

The exhibits at the museum include bikes and cars of all possible shapes and sizes ranging anything and everything from miniature bikes to the smallest double-decker bus in the world which can surprisingly accommodate about 10 people at a time. The great thing is that each exhibit comes with a plaque providing helpful information about the exhibit - from the time it was created to the speeds at which it can go. Book cheap JFK to Hyderabad flights and come see these uncommon vehicles. Unfortunately, none of the exhibits at the museum are for sale and neither will you be allowed to take one out for a test drive. So your dreams of driving down the road in a cricket bat-shaped car will remain unfulfilled. However, you can watch the cars in action when Sudhakar brings them out to the public.

Exhibits for a cause

Yadav designs certain cars keeping in mind special occasions. For instance, exhibits he made specifically for Women’s Day included a handbag-shaped car and one in the shape of a stiletto. For Children’s Day, he came up with innovative cars in the form of a pen, pencil, and sharpener among others. There are several more such unique ideas Yadav has come up with to enthrall audiences and you can see all of them when arriving in the city on cheap business class flights. The cars are taken out from time to time so that people can view them while being driven. Sudhakar Yadav seems to have made his dream come true by translating into reality the ideas in his head. Thereby, making Sudha Car Museum much more than just an ordinary museum. This is the literal manifestation of one man’s dream into reality by his hard work.
